Brittany Guest House Access Statement

Access to the Brittany Guest House is from the pavement at the front of the building. There is a flat pathway leading to the front door. A half step takes you into a tiled porchway and then you enter a carpeted hallway. It should be noted that all hallways and stairways and rooms are carpeted with the exception of shower rooms that have cushion flooring. There is a double en-suite room located on the ground floor. The house is spread over four floors.

We have a private car park located at the rear of the building with six private car parking spaces (these are on a first come first serve basis at all times). If there is a space when you arrive you are most welcome to use it. It is a condition of using the car park that if you are blocking in a car and you go out on foot that you must leave your car keys in your room. This will enable us to move your car if the one behind you needs to get out. There is good on street parking at the front of the building and we have vouchers that allow you to park from 10am one day to 10am the next for only £2.00.

The Brittany Guest House is about a 10 minute walk from the Bust Station and around 15 minutes from the Train Station. Both have Taxi Ranks at the entrances.
